steam support hasnt reply me in 2 weeks ?

I submit a ticket 2 weeks ago before christmas , and now is around 2 weeks and i haven't got a word back from steam support i would like to know why ? my ticket is about my csgo item got hacked and i got screenshot submited to steam ticket if your admin please help !

yes but 1 one of my friend got hacked as well but he got replyed in 1 week

As long as the ticket status is still open and you are the last party to of written something, then you are still in line for a human support rep.

Thanks , it just one of my friend submit a ticket after me and we got the same reason (got hacked) and steam replyed him in 1 week
