What sorta games can Radeon R5 play?
Can it play games like tropico 5, GTA Four, Bully SE?

It looks like a very low grafic.
Made to save battery and having low temperature.

You already have at least two topics on this matter, you really should use those... but in any event.

Bully: Scholarship Edition requires at least a Radeon X1300. The R5 M230 is significantly better than the X1300 (see comparison[www.game-debate.com]), so the game should run.

Grand Theft Auto IV required at least a Radeon X1900. The R5 M230 is still quite a bit better than the Radeon X1900 (see comparison[www.game-debate.com]), though I wouldn't expect great performance.

Tropico 5 requires at least a Radeon 4000 series. The R5 M230 is not as good as the required card (see comparison[www.game-debate.com]). I do not believe it will play at all.

Many of the aspects important for gaming are far lower than medium.
Its not just about comparing general things.
If you dont have the grafic yet, dont get it.
