Achievement Tooltips in Library Not Showing
Hello,

I've been having this problem for about a year. When I start Steam and go to Library and select a game from the list and then hover over an achievement, it displays its description in a tooltip/hovertext. Soon after, these tooltips stop to display, and I don't get descriptions of achievements. I must go to Achievements of a game to get descriptions, but that's slower and more inconvenient.

I can't seem to reproduce exact steps as to when this starts happening, it seems at random times. Sometimes 10 sec after starting Steam, sometimes an hour or more.

Anyone else experiencing this?

In my case they dont show up at all ...

Same, used to always display. Steam seems fairly busted in some places although I'm in the Beta so I give Valve some leeway.

If you are in the Beta, opt-out and see if that fixes it.
