Cache file location for Steam Client
Steam client doesn't display some of the images for emoticons or cards as it's shown here.[dl.dropboxusercontent.com]

This problem exists ONLY on steam client on this specific pc.
Tried reinstalling steam, restarting it and the pc. Nothing helped.
My guess is: cache file that contains all of these images got corrupt somehow, hence the error, however steam won't redownload them because it thinks they are available.

It has to be located somewhere outside of steam folder in program files.
Where it is I failed to figure out.

Thanks in advance for any help.

my guess it is the valve content(cdn) server and nothing local you can fix.

As I said before, it's not in the steam folder, since i reinstalled it.

In a web browser it works correctly, on other computer steam clients it works too. It's this pc specifically.

Yeah, just booted up a different pc, and on the steam client there it's broken too. Strangely enough, on internet browsers it works fine. Oh well, at least I know now it's not my computer's fault. Thank you.
