Account "disappeared" (please read, i'll explain)

-I try to get on one day (wanted to play counterstrike) and I'm logged out.
-Retry logging in with the password I have written down for my steam account.
-Incorrect password
-Try to recover password through "retrieve a lost account" and using username.
-Asks for verification
-Look on my phone for verification code (my steam account email was on my phone, and still is)
-It's not there. None of my steam emails are there, when there used to be hundreds of "Thank you for your in-game steam purchase"
-I try recovering by "I don't know my account name">"I remember the contact email address I used"
-"Steam - Working"
-"the operation failed. please try again"
-After clicking OK, it says an email containing my steam account name has been sent, i check the email my steam account was hooked up to, it's not there, so i check all of my other emails, and the email is nowhere to be found.
-I post a steam support ticket, and it hasn't been replied to since December 30th. I replied to the ticket after reading through the list it replied with saying:

-I replied to it on January 1st saying that I went through the list and made sure I did everything (like it says above step 1).
-No reply since January 1st 22:54.
-Still don't have access to my account.

If anyone can help, or if anyone that is a part of steam can help me out with the whole account recovery, I would appreciate it greatly. I have been really stressed because of me not knowing if the account was hacked or just randomly locked. I haven't broken any of the steam rules, so there is no reason my account should be banned.



ALSO: can someone please tell me the amount of time it takes for an account to be able to trade? I'm worried about the items in my CS:GO inventory, and I want to know if that's why I can't get on my account (hacked so they could take them). I've been looking every day to make sure they're still there, and so far, they are. I'm also really worried because i have somewhere around $500+ of games on there, and I don't really feel like restarting my whole game collection...

long write up for nothing just wait for a human to respond.

can take up to two weeks , add your proof of purchase or wait longer because support is going to ask for it.

I listed my last 4 steam wallet codes, card information it told me to add (last 4 digits, etc), and the email connected to the account. is that enough? and the reason i had the long write up was because I wanted to see if anyone has had the same problems. Stuff like all my emails disappearing, which makes no sense at all.

this is on my other account that i have cs:go bought on. it's my only game. I just wanted to play it really bad, so i just bought the game again on an account that can later just be a secondary account.

Even the disappearing emails is common? That doesn't seem like a common thing to have happen.

I had quite a bit of money put into the account (around 70-90 games or so) and I had a bit of money in my cs:go inventory, along with all of my game progress (dayz for instance). Making a new account isn't something that fixes the problem. And the name and picture are just a joke, so it's not something to take personally, nor is it something to get mad over.

but my email didn't get hijacked. It's only the steam emails, and I have access to the email, but every time I request for a password change, it doesn't send me an email to change it.

i'm not looking for laughs from the people who look at the issue, i'm looking to get my account back... if they don't like it, then i'm perfectly fine with being forced to change it, but if not, then it must be fine. I have no name offences twards my account, so if this isn't something they like, they'll make me change it. If it isn't bothering anyone, then it must be fine, and i'll keep it unless i feel like changing it or if someone that is a part of steam tells me to change it. I don't really mind getting told to change it, because no one has ever said anything about it. I'll change it if it is bothering you THAT much, but like i said, i don't really care if i get reported for it, because if it causes that much of a problem, i will be informed that I need to change it. However, the post isn't about my name, it's about problems that i'm having with my account, so I would appreciate it if you stick to that (not trying to disrespect you or anything by saying that, I just want the post to be about what I posted, not about my profile).
