Please don't take any offense - I mean none towards you in particular. I think you can assume where my frustration is originating from.
Coincedentally, Steam has since gave us options to unsubscribe from our own Review comments now - so thanks, Valve.
In response to your question though, I don't know where a list of your subscriptions can be found to quickly toggle unsubscription (if that is what you are asking).

There are not that I need. I have a subscribtion on defenetly game review, this is one review, but I don't see there the name of this game, so why? Btw, I haven't this game in my library, I just reading the reviews sometimes becourse I play one in Uplay.
That being said, I had it unticked and still managed to get a notification (which sent me to google and then this thread) so YMMV. Wish review comments weren't so derpy, but I think review comments in general are intended to be phased out or something -- what with the ability to disable review comments. It's pretty much easier to just contact the reviewer on their profile comments anyway.
