Steam server down = CSGO BAN

Hello,
Yesterday I've played CSGO in competitive mod then i got disconnected from the server, and i try to reconnect to the server until it disconnected me from steam and an error appear and it says :

"Steam server is in maintenance try again later"

or something like that.

I call 4 of my friends and says if it's the same for them and they said "Yes"
5 hours later i retry to reconnect steam, and it worked BUT i got banned from competitive mod for 7 days !!
my question is ;

Who have the steam mail so i can contact them ?

Because i've try to put the captha code but it didn't work ..

I'd reccomend that you don't play for 14 days starting when you got the ban (basically 15 incase you play the time before the ban)
becuase if you damage a teammate by mistake, even for 1 damage, you get 7 day ban
Get kicked, kick someone and anything else that is punishable will auto ban you for 7 days
unleass you wait until 14 days.

And you will not get unbanned. It's not possible to get cooldowns removed.

Or maybe server was in maintenance and when you have been kicked you tried again to enter the server and I'm sure that you clicked on abbandon button :) You must wait 7 days...nothing to do!

It's probably because of lag, it happens when the server is entering maintenance or so to say shutting down. You lag all around the place and if you're shooting... You get the idea. Just wait it out or contact Steam Support: https://support.steampowered.com/

my friend has 400 lag and he tried to reconnect and he was banned for 1 day...you must wait, its better & faster than any answer or support from us or steam, believe me :))

Yes, i think i'm going to wait.
But if someone had the steam email, i'll take it, because it says that i need to put the capcha if i want to contact them, but the capcha didn't work..

Please stop wasting supports time. They wil not remove the cooldown. Your Internet much suck for your to already burned through multiple cooldowns. Fix your Internet first

You got your week long ban for your fourth offense. Before, you got half a hour, two hours, a day. This one might not have been your fault, but its your fault you got a week of ban. Without your previous crimes against good sportsmanship, you would have got a mere half hour ban.
