"Steam having trouble connecting to the steam servers"

Alright, so, for a while now I've been having this problem where I can't log into steam.

When I do, it gives me the same thing "Steam is having trouble connecting to the Steam servers.": http://i.imgur.com/dZ8XlSL.png

I've tried the stuff where I delete everything but Steam.exe and Steamapps (cause admit it, NONE of us want to re-install all out games again) and all that stuff.

But No matter how many times I click "retry connection" or just any of that, it just gives the window back to me ( http://i.imgur.com/dZ8XlSL.png)

I've tried going to https://support.steampowered.com but all I get is "Service Unavailable - Zero size object

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

I mean, I can get into offline mode just fine, but everything else, no.

It's been happening the past few weeks for me. I open Steam in Offline mode just so that I can play my games. I finally got it to connect but who knows what tomorrow will bring.

I did a dns flush. After doing that I connected to the Steam Client. If you want to give it a try open the command prompt then type the following command: ipconfig /flushdns
I got it from another thread here on the forum.
