I got a cooldown because of Hardware reasons
I just got banned for another 7 days eaven though i got banned 7 days a go for the same pretty much the same thing, basicaly i was in a competetive game and suddenly my game goes to desktop mode and soon after that steam and cs go shut down so as my pc and it says " Windows is having a update this should take several minutes. i took a picture with time date and the installation if i can post it somwhere i will, i think its unfair that i should be banned for 14 days now of cs go just because a update that i was not notified about had to restart my computer and therefore not letting me join back sooner than 2 minutes because first thing i did was go on cs go to see if i could join back,

Please, help me get unbanned for a unfair error and help improve the steam community by letting people have more time to join back than 2 minutes. most computers / laptops restart in about 3-4 minutes,

Finnaly if you know somewere were i can post the picture please leave a comment

The cooldown can not be removed. You dont need to post a picture.

It's ok you dont have to post reasons here, as long as you know how to fix it for next time.

it is not the issue you cant perdict that you will have a uppdate without a warning, a uppdate happens whenever it pleases it doesnt decide to wait 30 mins because Im in a Copmetetive lobby,

Yes, if you allow them to.

no it's a OS update (windows update) it does what it wants because windows doesnt run on steam steam runs on windows therefore it wont ask for permission

the most it does is informes you there is going to be a update which didnt happen because CS go is played in fullscreen

It's unfortunate, but the cooldowns have to applied for leaving a game no matter the reason, otherwise you'd get people exploiting the system (e.g. pulling their ethernet cables out to disconnect rather than through a menu) This is part of the reason that the cooldowns start with very lenient periods and escalate up to 7-day bans, to allow the occasional abandon that's for reasons beyond someone's control.

Perhaps start checking for updates before you start playing CS:GO for a few weeks while your account comes back into grace.

Windows doesn't reboot without your intervention unless you've configured it to

Easy fix. Just turn off automatic update installations. Set it to update when you tell it to.
