Steelseries Keyboard Not working

I have the Steelseries Apex Gaming Keyboard, and I cant seem to figure out how to get the programmable buttons to work! I have the steelseries Engine and i have the Keyboard mapped out, clicked save, and its on the profile, but when I go in game the buttons do not do what I set them to do, well they do nothing at all! Please help!

No my friend... I think you've a little problem with hardware controllers or firmware... i tell you with details.

Try deleting the controllers of keyboard in windows, uninstall the suite of steelseries, reboot, and connect other keyboard to see if dont have some problem.

Later download the last firmware to you keyboard. Connect your keyboard and run the installation program.

In the unlikely event that a firmware update failed (and the device gets stuck in bootloader mode), SteelSeries Engine 3 will now recognize the bootloader modes of the Apex and Sensei [RAW] lines and allow you to restore it to the normal mode.

If this is the version in use, try using one version before that (I can't help with the last). But the donwload page is

If dont work fine your last opportunity is installing a new firmware into your keyboard, but only found to APEX RAW, I dont know if work with your Apex because dont say what model you have.

rotNdude I've tried on Euro Truck Simulator 2, Mincraft, Train Simulator 2015, almost every game I own

Chingy, I put all the possible solutions what I can think. Maybe you can try in other pc and if doesn't work only left the warranty. I don't have more Ideas.

I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, tried the Firmware thing and it still doesnt work ... Anything else to try?

I paid $100 for this keyboard I expect it to work ...

I'm not really sure how these keyboards work, but I take it that there is software that is for the keyboard. Have you attempted to run the software as an administrator, by right clicking it in the start menu etc?

Same problem. Plus with ss engine 3 additional arrow keys don't work. I resolved uninstalling SteelSeries Engine 3 and installing ver. 2.9 (you can find it under download for Sensei mouse). With the older version everything works fine. ;)

Download steelseries Engine 3 and update the firmware
