Change Uplay login informations in Steam

Hi,
How can I change the Uplay login informations in Steam? If i launch a Uplay game Steam starts automatically Uplay but the false uplay account. I would like to change the automatically Uplay login informations. How can I do that?

Bit i have the solution. You have to login at http://uplay.ubi.com into your account. Then klick onto the Gear in the corner. Then there opens a window where you can manage your account settings and there is a button whrere you can simply unlink your uplay and steam account. No uplay customer service is needed.

There didn't appear to be the option to unlink my errant UPlay and Steam accounts as Ragul described 2.5 yrs ago (thread necromancy for the win!) but he was partly right in the solution that I found worked for me.

I had bought Watchdogs 2 through Steam, logged into the wrong UPlay account by mistake when I first started the game, but had not pressed 'continue'.
After that it didn't want to let me change accounts so that I could link my steam version of the game to the preferred UPlay account.

The solution to this was to open Up Uplay. Make sure you're logged into the preferred account.
Then in Steam, start the game and the 'currently logged in' account of UPlay became an option, I hit continue and et voila.

This works for me, but only if my Uplay is activated, otherwise it says "This will bind the following products to your Ubisoft account, username (e-mailadress): Ghost recon Wildlands"
and this isn't the account I want to bind. then you can choose between two options: Close or Continue, nothing in between.

And the strange part is that when I open Uplay after this it is logged in to that wrong account even though I'm not using it anymore. I relog with the right account and the next time i try it it's still the same.
But there is no problem when I start the game trough Uplay in case you were wondering.

go uplay settings and unlink it from wrong account . u will see ur steam id there
