Hotmail Not receiving EMAILS , i can't log in my ACC :S

You can't log in your hotmail or steam(i'm guessing you have another) account?
Check the junk folder as some emails do end up there even if they're not a spam.

i cant log on my ACC on Steam ( the one i use to play ) becouse Hotmail is not receiving emails so i cant write the SteamGuard code
