need help with buying a game with directbanking ING ?

is there somebody here that use ing bank to buy games ?
so i really wanne buy dont starve because its very cheap and looks fun to waste some time to :D
to this are the staps that i need to take to finish the payment .

Insert your ING bank card in your ING Card Reader and press: SIGN
2. Enter the PIN of your ING bank card and press: OK
3. Enter the CHALLENGE of your transaction (Amount) and press: OK

when i need to do the challenge part so put in the amount of the transaction 3.74 euro but i dont have a punt or comma on my card reader so i need to put in 374 than but does it take 374 euro from my acound than ?
