LOTRo triple pack - is it possible to unlock it again?!

Hi,
some time ago I bought a triple pack for LOTRo and activated it successfully, so in LOTRo I had those three expansions available.
Later, I got a new PC and I installed LOTRo there and now I see that those three already available expansions are locked for me.

Does anyone know how to unlocked them again?!

Thank you for warning me of the publicity of the account - as I mentioned before, I created it only for purchasing that LOTRO triple pack with sale as a gift, after receiving the email I activated the pack and I never logged in again to Steam, since I play LOTRO directly, not via Steam..

Anyway, I see in the purchasing history of my account here that I indeed bought that gift, but since I do have only one Steam account, I'm certain I used only that one for the activation.. I see that either I'm a fool or there is a technical problem. I'll check all the email and account histories tomorrow again..

Why does this happen so often? It's as if it's really easy to 'accidentally' make a second Steam account that is almost identical to the first one at times. I see these posts every day and many of them can't even figure out that they do have two accounts. You're right, Spoof, these empty ones are a bit creepy.

Hope you get it figured out dude, as I said I see this almost every day on here and nearly always Spoof is right on it with what's happened.

the OP bought a weird product nobody here knows about and he used the word buy/gift.
making it all confused.

I think he/she just needs to go to https://myaccount.turbine.com.

still this is a simular situation as not know your accounts.

3 accounts to get DLC not counting the email account you need , why even buy if it is in a construction like that :)
