900p- mix/ok
1080p- no
These games stay on your account forever. If you ever get another PC in future, you can still play your games. You can login with your steam account on any device, install and play your games.
Btw, I owned an ATI 5770 HD, and it was horrible performance with Valve games. Choppy gameplay with annoying ticks every few seconds, was no longer a problem when I updated my graphic card.
Performance is better if you scale down the resolution.
So yeah, it will work. Not sure if framerate will remain stable.
