adding funds from tunisia

Hello gamers and steam team :)
i have a huge problem , i am trying to add funds to my wallet so i can buy few games but i guess i can't !!
i can't use our tunisians credit cards because they work only in tunisia , ( it's written on the card )
and i can't make a paypal because we don't have international credit cards , also i can't send money out of tunisia using western union ( some online service offer money exchange , wetern union into steam wallet and i can't use it )

sooooo . . . how bad is my situation ?

our situation is soooo much bad -.- we need ( us the tunisians ) to contact steam also TUnisians in tunisia try to get steam wallet cards ( there is no other ways -.- )

how do you remove limited user account from tunisia

I have tunisian friends who have activated their accounts you need to find someone selling steam wallet codes

it really sucks, we can't even remove limited user account :(

i can help i didn't do that for myself yet
but i havea goood way just make canadien paypal
use vpn on phone to download from us play store slidejoy
earn money and make to paypal it will need time but it diserve
then just buy with that money

Ok. So you are in Tunisia, your credit card is in Tunisia, so what exactly is the problem here?
