adding funds from tunisia

Hello gamers and steam team :)
i have a huge problem , i am trying to add funds to my wallet so i can buy few games but i guess i can't !!
i can't use our tunisians credit cards because they work only in tunisia , ( it's written on the card )
and i can't make a paypal because we don't have international credit cards , also i can't send money out of tunisia using western union ( some online service offer money exchange , wetern union into steam wallet and i can't use it )

sooooo . . . how bad is my situation ?

Well, check out other payment methods. Put something to the card, go to checkout and see what's there.

Then, unless you get a prepaid Steam card, you're out of luck.

Get a prepaid Steam card or a proper credit card.

How to get a proper credit card? I would first ask my bank.

Well, I would buy mine from Amazon. If I would buy one, I am using PayPal to pay on Steam.
Or I would go to the gamestop round the corner.

paypal not really working u can't recive cash or just make it active becuae not international card

and in our markets we don't have steam cards
it's impossible tried everything
