Need help getting CD key for COD:WaW

I've tried re-installing the game with no luck for the key to pop up. and i tried the "Reg-edit" solution to no avail as well. Please help!!

I need it to make a multiplayer file, to play zombies with some buds, but the "Show key works" utton that you said isnt there

If a game requires to type a key,
there is a "view cd key" entry in right click menu.

Are you sure you had to enter a key before?

Sure, Never got a notification for it.and its not there. Ive tried everything to make an online profile, but it keeps asking me to make one, over and over again..Its very annoying.
Please i have no clue what to do.

Im on the 7th mission. i also launched multiplayer
