Sorry, but you didn't really make that clear.
And as for the original post: no, physical cards do not expire. It says in the official steam code site. Too many vague answers in this thread for such a simple question.

There should be a link by the end of each physical card. That link directs you to a page with all the FAQs, including this quesion. Might be different for each country, by the way.
Each company can have their own rules regarding non-physical codes and if they may expire.

Some in the SEA do. Visited there last year. Which is why you should read and understand the entire post and don't focus on parts of it.
For users in Brazil, sure. Not for every other country that has cards/codes available.
