Steam charged me $120 for nothing and won't acknowledge it in ticket.
So on Christmas Eve I was trying to add money to my steam wallet and I kept getting an error message so I would cancel and try to do it again. After some tries throughout the day I finally got $20 to go through. Only after did I realize I had been charged for every single error I cancelled. Now I send in a ticket explaining the problem after a few days I only get a response telling me how to fix the error message. Now I respond by saying what about the $120 I'm missing from my steam wallet/Bank account? Its been twice as long since it took to respond to the first message and nothing...What do I do here? 8 years of no problems with Steam than BAM get hit with this...
\
EDIT: Now I wouldn't even care how they refunded me through steam wallet or bank account but I'm disappointed there is no number to call for a serious issue like this.

Are you sure the money isn't just on hold and be returned to you within a few business days? Putting money on hold during a transaction is pretty much standard practice with all payment processors.
I hope so! But I've gotten no response or acknowledgement of the problem but it's been more than 3 business days...And the charges went through according to my bank. I just want this resolved or at least a notification that it is being resolved.

I really hope that was a joke...Got a message back within 2 days of first ticket and was completely blown off on the real problem.

are you sure that was not a ticket conformation email you discovered late?

or was this first ticket more than a year ago?
before support was flooded.

I'm confused what your asking...Christmas Eve(Less than a week ago) I put in the ticket. 2 days later I got a response about how to fix the errors WHICH was not what the ticket was about at all and no mention or acknowledgement on what the whole ticket was about...being the $120 they charged for errors that never went through.

2 day response on an error I doubt this very much.
people been waiting a month.

you are just talking about the conformation email you got for making a good ticket.

or I need to see an edited screenshot with the dates of your online support conversation to believe 2 days.

Hello Travis,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

Even though you may have attempted similar steps already, please re-test the issue now using the methods below:

Note: These processes will not affect your currently installed games.

If using a PC
- Please exit Steam, and navigate to the …\Steam\ directory (by default this is C:\Program Files\Steam - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).
- Delete all of the files in this folder except: Steam.exe and the \Steamapps\ and \Userdata\ folders
- Restart your computer and test the issue again.

If using a Mac:
- Exit Steam and go to the folder Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Steam
- Delete all of the files in this folder except for SteamApps and Userdata.
- Restart your computer and test the issue again.

For all operating systems:
- Ensure that you are not using any IP proxy or VPN software. These applications must be completely deactivated when purchasing through Steam.

If the issue still persists, try using a web browser (Internet Explorer 7 or higher on PC, or Safari if on a Mac) to make the purchase using http://store.steampowered.com/

Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

No acknowledgement or word about the missing money in general. I mean this could of been a confirmation but I highly doubt it.

The first response you got was a bot. It looks for keywords in your ticket and then sends out a canned answer. Performing a repair installation of Steam will not solve any billing issues.

You need to respond to the bot reply to get a real answer. It will take from 3 - 4 weeks.

Yes, I'm being serious.
