Headset no sound :: Help and Tips

Headset no sound

I recently bought 9h steelseries headset and i plugged in everything correctly.I downloaded the software and no sound comes out.I even have the mic and sound set to default in my sound settings.Please help how can i fix this?!

Oh yes it does show up and i have also tried making it my default device

Yes i have tried searching up the problem on youtube.Google.Yahoo still nothing.I have tried everything and nothing has worked.Could it be broken

its maybe best that you ask the store that you bought it from for guidence or call for help at technical support.
