Step by Step instruction for installing the Customizable Camera mod

Hello, I am not very good at all steering with the mouse and prefer to use the arrow keys as far as looking around etc, and Skyrim is new for me. I see what I really need for how I am use to playing games on my pc is the Customizable Camera mod. I am a noob when it comes to adding mods and all that jazz as I have never done that before. What I need help with is a step by step guide oh how to install this into my game so I can use the Customizable Camera mod. I have downloaded the skyUI 4.1 and the skse and all the other things required such as the nexus mod manager and the openfreely. However I have no idea how to install these in the correct order so I can get this mod to work. I really could use a step by step so I can use this mod. If anyone has a step by step guide on how I can do these properly that would awesome! Thank you..

There was a forum I tried to post to but since I have only bought my games retail and not through Steam it would not let me post there. Unless you are talking about a forum I do not know about?
