Issue while trying to buy something from the market

I am attempting to buy a background titled "Voleris and Kayanna". Whenever I try to buy it I get an indefinite message of "Finding matching item listings at your desired price...". I have tried time and time again. I've restarted steam, I've tried purchasing it from the steam website, I've tried raising/lowing how much I am willing to spend. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
EDIT: Well the amount of items being sold went up from 19 to around 23. One of the listings also had a lower price than previous listings. I think there was something wrong with the account of one of the sellers, so I had to wait until someone else was selling at a different price.

The only explanation I can think of is that there aren't any listings. Are you sure that there are people selling it?

It says 19 people are selling. It went up from 17 people yesterday.

I have this problem too. I even tried setting the price to higher than the minimum price but same problem still remains...

I've got the same issue. I've been trying to buy this for an hour:

but it just keeps saying "Finding matching item listings at your desired price..." endlessly, even though there are 9 up for sale. I've purchased a whole bunch of cards, so there's something about THIS card that's different (as with yours.) I even tried upping my offer price to $0.50, which should've grabbed a higher seller.

I'm guessing server issue, maybe.

I am experiencing this problem in Killing Floor 2's market trying to buy cyberpunk tickets. What the ♥♥♥♥, steam? It's been going on like this for days, frozen on "Finding matching item listings at your desired price..."
