I can't get rid of the FRAPS FPS Counter
I occasionally turn on the OSD FPS counter in fraps so I can tweak game settings while being able to see what's going on with my framerate in-game. For some reason though after I closed Fraps a week ago the fps counter wouldn't go away in-game. I tried to fix it, tweak it, prod it, and no matter what I couldn't get it to go away so I uninstalled Fraps. It's still there.

After looking it up people mentioned that there are two other programs that often have an on-screen-display enabled by default: AMD Tray Tools, and RadeonPRO. I discovered that RadeonPRO does actually have one enabled by default, but disabling it does not change the fact that it remains on screen, so I don't think it is being caused by RP. I also do not actually have ATT installed so that cannot be the case.

The only software I have installed that could possibly be causing this are: MSI Afterburner (confirmed not,) RadeonPRO (confirmed not,) Fraps (uninstalled but not confirmed,) and catalysy (I don't think catalyst has an FPS Counter built in.

Has anyone else here ran into a similar issue? What do I do? This is bothering me absolutely to no end, this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ overlay just will not go away no matter what I do.

Actually I figured out what the problem was, turns out RadeonPRO is a garbage piece of software, because despite the fact that I turned off the OSD and restarted my computer the counter was still showing, but after turning the OSD back on, exiting the software, then starting the software back up, hiding the OSD, and restarting the software again, the counter went away, so it is definitely Radeonpro causing issues.
