Recently I was hacked and all of my items gone with them. Somebody chatted me and asked me to look at a screenshot and when I opened the link it Downloaded something then it ran.

I have kinda same problem/case as you. Can you please tell me what genre u chose under your ticket? also you said they replied asking for screenshot, how long from when you submitted ticket till 1st steamsupport reply?

right after sending the ticket. It was a bot probably I chose DOTA2 > IN GAME ITEMS
