Ask your sister to sign into her account and enable family sharing and authorise your account to share her library.
Then you can sign into your own account and play the game.
That's the only thing I can think of at this point.
If you both use the same computer that won't be an issue anyway.

And then buy a GIFT and when i get refunded i can just send the gift to my own account?
I don't think that counts since you didn't buy the wrong game you bought it on the wrong account.
And since you've actually played the game already I doubt Valve will refund. You can always ask them of course, it won't hurt to try.
Hmm, well I guess that MIGHT work. Though you'll have to buy the digital deluxe version now as a gift on your sisters account then gift it to your own account AFTER you have your refund.
Also the refund would be in wallet credit on your sisters account - so you'd have to buy things as gifts with that credit and gift them to your own account.
