Steam doesn't recognize windows operating System.
Hello, i just reinstalled my operating System, because i just wanted to get all the trash, that was slowing my pc, off the computer. But now I reinstalled Windows 10 pro and steam won't let me download Risk of Rain 2 because it says i need a windows operating system?

If anyone had this problem please help.

Which Windows version did you install? And did you install the 32 or 64bit version?
Risk of Rain 2 only runs on Windows 7 or higher and needs a 64bit OS.

/help/systeminformation
copy all and post it here!!!!

I just checked, i have a 32Bit version installed, thank you for the quick answer!!!

If you have a legit Windows serial key you can just download the install files for the 64bit version of your OS from Microsoft.
The key works for both the 32 and 64 bit versions.
Just make sure its the same OS , so if the key is for Windows 10 Home dont download the install files for Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise.
