Just search the game + prima guide and a list should generate where you can click on the correct appid to get to the page for download.
https://store.steampowered.com/account/history/
If you can find them there, click and try to navigate to an option "Game is not in my library".
(Or maybe the guides are available from their respective game library page? There's a section to the right on some games where you can find game manuals. Maybe the guides are available from there too?)
They are all in my purchase history. But nothing I tried offered the chance to download the guide. I've tried what you suggested and they don't show up anywhere.
Manuals are still available usually downloaded when you install the game.
I did receive a final answer from Steam Support regarding the Prima Eguides.
"Hi there,
Steam no longer offers Prima guides, and has no further troubleshooting to offer regarding them.
Since there's not much more that I can say or do to be of help with this particular issue, I am going to close this help request.
If you have questions on an unrelated issue, please create a new help request and we will be happy to help you.

I bought most of the guides at around $2.50 so maybe averaged out a loss of between $50 and $60. I will see if I can ask for a refund on the ones I bought separately. The one in a bundle with the game...I doubt I can get a refund.
I did find some of the guides at archive.org after doing a duckduckgo search. They may all be there, I just haven't had time to research that.
Thanks for your help.
