Report a translation problem
When you log in, make sure “Remember my password” is checked.
Check Steam settings and make sure “Don’t save account credentials” isn’t checked.
Close Steam, go to the Steam folder and delete the file called loginusers.vdf, then open Steam and log in again.
Sometimes antivirus or cleanup apps mess with Steam’s files, so check if anything like that is running.
If it still asks every time, might just be a Steam bug. Hopefully they fix it soon.
