IS IT SCAMM OR NOT?

i get noticed by chat form employee valve they told me my account get complaint of fraud by sytem user and currently get frozen. even thought i only online my steam acc. i dont lost money except my tradeable item on dota2 but my profile getting block by that employee for 7 days. i alrdy contact steam supp but my request has been closed.
did anyone have same problem like me or experience? what should i do i rly frustation about this

It's a scam.

Your account is compromised.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey


Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds.
