COD: AW Mouse Movement Not Working in Game and Menus

Hello, All of a sudden (used to work perfectly), my mouse has stopped working in the main menu and when I use the keyboard to naviate to the game I have no mouse working there either. It appears the game is not taking over the mouse when it is started.

I have been able to get it to work by changing the resolution and then changing it back to the correct one, after that it works but it is a real pain in doing this as the resolution change is slow on this game.

Any ideas?

PS - Have re-installed the game twice, didnt change it. I have re-installed the mouse drivers twice as well. Nothing seems to fix this. Also if I SHIFT+TAB to the Steam screen, the mouse DOES work there. Just not in the game.
