Steam Support gave my account to hacker - HELP ME
Hi
Steam support gave my account to hacker.
Someone hacked in to my account. I think through e-mail.
So i changed my steam account e-mail but wasn't fast enough to change support account adress. Than hacker changed it and all info i wrote on support ticket was visible to hacker.
There were last 4 digits of my credit card/ exp. date and my name.
I had to create new support account.
Now support don't want to give my account back without serial numer of game but there are no box games on this acc. only digital version of counter strike pack, dota2 and other free to play games.
account is or was worth some money i spend a lot for items in dota2. 2 arcanas for example
there are already over 100 items missing :(

can someone help me??

You have to contact the support and explain the situation.

It says it right there. How did you get the first game? Dig out the receipt.

couldn't find anything on my e-mail adresses

i had some problems with creating steam account but it was 2 years ago... thats why i have few of them
couldn't recieve e-mail with confirmation....

When you register or get a game on Steam, you get an email.

if steam domain default folder was spam than it disappears away after 30 days
(it wasn't me who put it in SPAM folder)
steam domain had to send a lot of adds few years ago to get SPAM title ;(

If you can't prove ownership then what do you expect? That some random person 'claiming' to own the account. I fyou cant provide the credit card # you used then what are you expecting exactly?

You sound mroe like you're actually trying to hijack the account rather than recovering it. Do you see the problem there?

no i don't see any problem with if i can provide billing raport from my bank or full credit card number i use all the time
i have only 1 ip adress that i use most of the year. now i'm in poland and i use dynamic ip adress. i know it is partial my fault that i gave my "spam" e-mail adress to create account.

i provided info about my IP in first ask for help

at first it was strange for support that i started to use chinease IP but didn't matter later????
as i said before: steam support is limited of info about account.
i'll just get back to blizzard and their games, professional not limited support
report to police that my money are stolen and bank to get money back becouse someone else used random credit car numbers/ token verification etc. to get into my bank account to spend money on someone elses steam acccount;]

Do you have the email receipt of anything purchased from the Steam store? If so, do this:

If the first purchase on the account was made through Steam, please provide a screenshot of the purchase information along with the Steam Confirmation Number given in the receipt.

If you have several, send the few oldest, see if it's enough.

If you don't have any, you're out of luck. Either way, that's about the extent of the forums capability to help you. Good luck.

This someone else had access to the last 4 digits of your credit card you gave to him. Now you need a stronger proof that you can't provide because you threw it away.
That's what I read from your posts. Anyway, looks like you're out of luck and this all your fault.
