Region Lock in Saudi Arabia
I am currently located in Saudi Arabia where some games are region locked. I going to travel to Lebanon (most games are region free there) in about a week. My question is: could i buy (gtaiv, which is currently locked here in saudi arabia) from lebanon and download it in saudi arabia? Thanks for your help :)

If you can't see it on the steam store in Saudi Arabia, I would say you can't play it in Saudi Arabia. Your best bet is to google if anyone there has gotten it to play. Keep in mind if people said they did it with VPN, using that to get around region/country restrictions is grounds for Steam closing your account if they find out.
