Funny that you don't care about the fact that you downloaded a virus, or that you lost your items. But that you lost a lot of friends, I guess that's the important part.
You click a link and it downloads something on your computer and that doesn't raise any red flags to you. Lord have mercy.
Check your trading history. You'll see all your items were traded to one person. Report that person.
As for you getting your items back, that's up to Steam Support. Send them a ticket.
Where is the trading history? Please help.
On top of Steam where your screen name is, hover your mouse over it. A dropdown menu will show up. Click on inventory then click on "More" then click on trading history,
It looks like this:

and maybe a few more! and a few of the guns had stickers on them!
Just putting this out there before you get your hopes up however
There is very little chance you're getting that stuff back.
I only put 'little chance' because I can't see the future. High chance is you won't be getting them back. Period.
I've had friends fall for scams and other such things all designed to get your stuff. Steam, Valve, whatever you want to put your hopes in will not give your skins, items or trades back. It doesn't matter how much they were worth. Or how much they cost. They are sadly gone.
This is due to 'cause and effect'
You clicked a link of your own free will. Was it your fault that this happened to be a scam? Of course not! You didn't deserve that. Yet, you still clicked it. This means you trusted the link enough to click it; and even open the file it containted. This means you've 'waved away' pretty much any chance of Steam having fault in the matter.
On the subject of your friends; either attempt to add them back, or at the very least contact them. Explain the situation. Either way it shouldn't be too hard to get buddies back; it'll just take time.
Please do not click dodgy links. Especially from those you do not know or trust. To be even more safe, don't click links even from people you trust.
