Steam overlay not work overnight..

Hello,
overnight, my steam overlay no longer work correctly for COD MW3, i have search on the web, check my cache, other apps than can interfere with the steam overlay (only TS3 overlay but i have disable overlay plugin), i have uninstall/reboot/reinstall beta drivers/reboot..

I have AMD HD 6870 OC, i have just update AMD Catalyst to beta drivers version..

I have check the compatibility steam mode, its not enable.
I have backup/reinstall MW3 from the backup, no changes.

I have try to install last DirectX 11 from MS website but i have the last version.

An idea to fix it ?
