help with video card - acu

hello im gonna buy a video card to play ac unity so this is a option :
1 - buy gigabyte 640 or gigabyte 630 ?
2- anorther option - amd or better nvidia?
3- need a video card that run directx12


my features are:
Processor: interl R core TM 2 quad CPU --- Q8300 @ 2.50Ghz (4cpus)
memory 8192MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTS250 (4069MB)
windows 7 ultimate
ms 7592

That CPU won't run Unity. It has the highest system requirements to date!!!` You will need a 980 GPU to play it at high graphics settings. Look at the store page for the recommended specs and figure those are actually the minimum specs you need. Also, read the reviews, the game needs some serious patching!

AND, no, I can't run the game either, need a whole new pc!

The CPU is quite old so you'll have to change both CPU and motherboard. And the GPU is weak so you'll need to change that also.

Both suck. GT cards aren't meant for gaming, unless you don't plan to play Dota 2 or such until end of your life.
For gaming AAA games like that don't go lower as a Geforce GTX 750 or a Radeon 260
