How to Buy a Region Locked Games?
So the Steam Holiday Sale just started. And I saw some of the best deals I can get for the games that I wanted to buy from sites like Kotaku, Steam sales History, etc. And I saw that Metal Gear Rising : Revengeance is on sale for 80% and I wanted to buy it. But too bad the game is not available for my country. I live in Indonesia.

So why is the game unavailable for my country? And how do I buy the game? Since I can't trade the game either since it's region locked? Sorry for my bad english and thanks in advance.

You'll need to find a trader that can buy region free games. They're located in the US/EU/UK.

It's going to cost way more I presume. Anyways, do you know why the game is restricted in my country?

Nope. Publlishers set restrictions (region) on games. Ask them.
