FAILED TO START GAME ( UNKNOWN ERROR) METAL GEAR SOLID 5

I just bought metal gear solid 5 and i was looking forward to playing it. But then i ran into this error which i hear a lot of people have problems with. I've already tried restarting the steam program as well as flushing it . I've tried to log in as administrator, I've tried verifying the cache. I've tried uninstalling and re installing. I just dont know what else to do here. Any help would be appreciated.

Um I dont know but try: - Running the game in compatiblity mode
- Set the game to run with your graphics card
- Restart PC

Well, I had a logitech G13 keyboard and I unplugged it. It seemed to progress a bit further in the loading process but it still crashed.

FYI, people are saying to unplug any controllers on your PC, start the game and plug the controller in after it starts. Try that out. Unfortunately, that's not working for me...still searching

Guys ! Only after I bought this game I saw that the requirements are like the following:
OS: Windows Vista SP2 x64, Windows 7 x64, Windows 8 x64 (64-bit OS Required)

I have Windows 7 x32 ... then I think this is the problem ...
