I'm not recieving my extra copies of Portal and Portal 2...

A while back in the Discovery Sale I bought the Valve Complete Pack for $24.99, and upon buying I got a notification saying that I will receive extra copies of Portal and Portal 2 since I already have them in my library (I got Portal back when it was free for a week and recieved Portal 2 as a gift). For some reason, I'm not getting any extra copies to share with friends. The games don't appear in my gifts inventory (that's where the notification said they'll be). Can anyone help?

----Extra copies will only be issued as a special promotion in the following specific cases:----

Users who own "Left 4 Dead" and then go on to purchase "Left 4 Dead + Left 4 Dead 2 Bundle" will receive an extra copy of "Left 4 Dead".

Users who own "Portal" and then go on to purchase "Portal Bundle" will receive an extra copy of "Portal".

Users who own “Half-Life 2” and go on to purchase “The Orange Box” or the "Valve Complete Pack" will receive an extra copy of “Half-Life 2”.

Users who own “Half-Life 2: Episode One” and then go on to purchase the "Half-Life 2: Episode Pack”, “Valve Complete Pack” or “The Orange Box” will receive an extra copy of “Half-Life 2: Episode One”.

Users who own "Dawn of War II"and then go on to purchase "Dawn of War II Gold Edition" will receive an extra copy of "Dawn of War II"

Users who purchase the available four packs for specific Steam titles will receive three extra copies of that title to gift to friends.

No. This special offer only applies to games or game packages listed "ABOVE".

i dont think portal and valve complete pack in the same sections

so,you will never get portal i think

i dont think portal and valve complete pack in the same sections

so,you will never get portal i think

Wait, i remember getting this kind of notification upon adding to library, only that it showed instead of "Portal bundle" it showed "Valve complete pack" and under the games there was also Portal 2

you can try to contact steam support and describe your problem to them


maybe steam support can explain this to you more good than me

,because i dont really know about this
