Gamestop code not working
So today I went to GameStop to get a code to get ready for the Winter Sale for 20$, but I got stupid and forgot to check if the code was good because it wasn't the first time i bought a code from there. Fast forward right now, I check the code and see that the code is a PSN code and in fact, not a Steam wallet code. Do you think GameStop can give me a new code or will I be stuck with a PSN code?

Hmm. I imagine the code is probably hidden behind a tear-away bit, or something you need to scratch. If that is still intact I think they might help you out. Otherwise, if the code is visible, I don't think they'll help. Sorry.

Damn, the GameStop I went to gives the codes on the reciept and they gave me a PSN code instead of Steam, I might still go there to see if anything can be worked out since I don't own a PS4 or a PS4 to use this 20$ on.

Sorry, I'm used to Xbox 360 point cards, I've never purchased Steam funds offline. Because the code is visible, unless they can both confirm it hasn't been used and also cancel it, there's not a lot they can do, but I would try just the same. Otherwise your best bet might be to find someone with a PSN account and try to arrange some kind of trade with them, though that's dicey at best.

I'll cross my fingers and hope they have some kind of way to know if codes are unused or no and that they're willing to switch codes for me. Thanks for the info.
