Game running on Intel HD 4000 whereas there is AMD Radeon 7700 for better performance?

Okay so I think Payday 2 on my laptop runs on Intel HD 4000

this mouse lag and framerate is killing me I swear.

I'm just in a really bad mood just because of that framerate and mouse lag.
PLEASE SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

I think I've tried everything I could now (including shadow mod)

1 more thing, I think I can't run any game on amd :/

Disable the Intel GPU in the BIOS. Or do some driver profile-fu.
