Games won't start - no error message - some do start

Hey guys,

I have a little ( or big? ) problem here. Just build a new PC ( i5 4690k, 8Go DDR3, crucial SSD and my old gpu HD7850 ). Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits.
I installed dota and 2 days ago, I started it and it worked.
Then, I installed some other games and I had error 0xc00007, which I learned was an issue related to dirextx and maybe some 32-64 bits stuff. So I fixed this issue for my other games ( Far cry 4 ).
Now I'm trying to start dota and... it doesn't start!

No message nothing, just "preparing to launch dota" and nothing happens.
So I try to start my other steam games and here is the thing;

Counter strike works fine, so does planetary anihilation and Crysis 1.

But stuff like Don't starve, Shogun II or Orc must die get suck in "installing directx", the window closes and game never starts.

So I guess it has something to do with directx ( or all the stuff like framework or vcredist things ).

Anyone got a tip?

Verifying game cache doesn't help, trying to launch a game directly with the .exe doesn't work ( even with *start as an administrator )...

Did you deactivate Microsoft .Net frammework 3.5 in your windows control panel ? so activate it or try too update too 4.5 version.

No, I just checked, it was activated. I just deactivated it tro try if it changes anything...
And when I try to install 4.5, it tells me "already installed, no new updates" blablabla

Do you got the same langage version installed for .net of the langage of dota2 & windows os?

yeah, english everywhere I think. But if I have 4.5, it means I have 3.5 included right?

right, 3.5 must be checked in feature program and 4.5 in auto in config services.

Any ideas how can I clean all my directx files?
When I tried to reinstall it ( from a directx install in a steamapps folder ), I had a error message, like "an internal system error has occured, please refer to DXERROR.log and dirext.log in your windows folder to detemine option"... and I can't find the .logs in the windows folder.

try dxwebsetup.exe i always use it too update it. You can get it free on microsoft website.

"never or up to date already installed" blablabla... bu tthen I get a pop up "the program might not be installed correctly, want to retry with recommended settings?", I do and back to the ""an internal system error has occured, please refer to DXERROR.log and dirext.log in your windows folder to detemine option"

God I just want to play a game of dota, not reinstall the whole windows.

i never get this error, with directx. find the dxerror.lol. It must be in C:\Windows\logs, maybe dota2 got 32 or 64 bits launcher ...

I saw this on google..

maybe dota 2 don't support Hyperthreading of processor, try disable by motherboard bios option

No no, I launched dota 2 days ago and it worked. And I already tried putting everything in "run as admin mode " :/ But thanks for the research.
