Is there a way to censor the nudity in far cry 4?

Well the game is rated Pegi18, so there's no need to sensor it. The only real reason someone would sensor it is if they intend it to be played or watched by someone younger than 18, and it's not Pegi18 just for nudity either, it's also that due to violence.
Plus from what I remember there's only 1 woman with upper body nudity in game and a cutscene with 2 women.
