Changing USD to IDR
Well, before I came to Indonesia, I had $0.04. After i came to Indonesia, the currency for buying games changed from USD to IDR. Ever since then, I still can't change my steam wallet from USD to IDR. And I can't buy games either.

Just today, I bought a $10 steam wallet, and apparently, I now have $10.04 in my steam card. I now have lost Rp150,000. Is it possible for me to buy games now?

Why don't you just try to buy a game instead of asking if its possible?

you have to contact steam support and provide them proof that you live in Indo

I've already did, what comes up is this: "Your purchase could not be completed because it looks like the currency of funds in your Steam Wallet does not match the currency of this purchase."

This may sound like a silly question, but what proof do I give? I'm sure they know my IP address, I mean, it automatically changed into IDR and all.

Contact Steam Support through a ticket, they can tell where you are, let you know if they need any particular proof. The good news is they seem to get to people with currency issues faster than they do people with stolen inventory.
