Any Buy orders open that complete may also consume your Wallet funds.
When you buy an item on the Market you can set a price to buy an item at. If the price of that item drops to your buy order price it will automatically buy it. You can see buy orders by clicking Market and anything you have listed will be under "My buy orders".

The exact details on the purchase, including any Wallet Funds used, would be in the emailed receipt you get upon purchase.

You should make sure no one else has access to your account then. As someone may be buying them using your account, compromised through some phishing attempt.
You can go to your Steam settings menu, under account, and manager you Steam Guard, you can choose to Deauthorize all other computers and change your password as a preventitive measure.
I have been trying too, i think thats why i keep getting them, the buy orders are coming in late.
