Can't find “Enter Payment & Tax Info" button on Steamworks

Hello, we're trying to submit a game for review and filled out the form, but I received this email saying that I had mistyped something on it, and need to correct it. The email instructed me to do the following:

"To correct your information, please log onto the Steamworks developer site and click “Enter Payment & Tax Info" in the right-hand column. There, you will find our secure online tax interview. You will need to retake the tax interview using your valid taxpayer identification number."

However, after searching everywhere, I have not been able to find any such link. On top of that, I haven't been able to find any mention of it on Google either. Additionally, when I responded to the email for support, I never received a response. Can someone help me figure out where the heck this link is?

For anyone else who's been confused by this, you need to click the 'Add Capabilities' button on the right hand side of the dashboard in order to continue the registration process. The digital paperwork for bank & tax info is found there.
