If that's the case, backup all data and format it to NTFS.
Step 1.
Download Burn an Windows OS ISO to a USB with an application called Rufus. Make sure the USB is formatted to FAT32 File System for burning the iso image to the USB.
Step 2. Once you have burnt the OS ISO to a USB go into your bios by pressing Esc or F12 or some other key and turn of the secure boot. You do this during boot up before your OS launches.
Step 3. In the bios change the UEFI boot priority to USB and then restart your PC.
if you have done everything completely the proccess to wipe your entire system and reformat it begins.

1) you have no admin rights on the computer at all
what this means is these
a) you never log in the admin windows account
b) the person in charge of the admin windows account place restriction on other windows user account
