Spell checker language
Hi, i recently installed windows using a french version installer. I replaced it with english (US) and for the most part everything is in english, except welcome message and messages on updates.

One issue, the spell checker for the steam forums and chat highlights in red english words cause he thinks they're in french. I saw a thread that said changing an entry in a .json file

Unfortuneatly, it doesn't solve the problem.

What ends up happening is that when i change "dictionaries":["fr"] to "dictionaries":["en-us"], the files gets updated the second i type something on the forums and becomes "dictionaries":[], in which case no spell checking works. Anyone had a similar problem and a fix for this?

Omg the "us" had to be upper case... in any case, thank you so much this gave me a headache!
