Even shows a "Notice: This game is excluded from Steam's Family Sharing service." on the store page.
EDIT: sorry for the confusion... the aforementioned notice is added by Augmented Steam, so it's NOT on the store page.
Although 3rd-party DRM pretty much prevents it automatically. If you own Anno 1800, then it's linked to your UPlay account as well, but NOT to the UPlay accounts of the people you are sharing your library to.
For this to work, Ubisoft would have to have their own family sharing (which they don't have, as far as I know), and Steam/Ubisoft would have to sync up their respective family sharing.
My fault, apparently. I just tried the shop page on Edge (which is a browser that I don't use), and the notice isn't there -- so it's probably added by Augmented Steam.
