Familysharing doesn't work on eone game??

Straight to the point:
I shared my games via familysharing with a friend of mine for many months now. I have recently bought (about 4+ weeks ago) Anno 1800 along with a few other games. All my games are available in his library EXEPT Anno 1800.

Everything is perfectly connected and all other games are playable. Only Anno doesn't appear and we are trying to find out why for weeks.

Help, please :(

Not every game can be shared, especially those that use a 3rd-party DRM.

Even shows a "Notice: This game is excluded from Steam's Family Sharing service." on the store page.

EDIT: sorry for the confusion... the aforementioned notice is added by Augmented Steam, so it's NOT on the store page.

Due to Ubisoft connect as third party DRM the game does not qualify for family share.

Although 3rd-party DRM pretty much prevents it automatically. If you own Anno 1800, then it's linked to your UPlay account as well, but NOT to the UPlay accounts of the people you are sharing your library to.

For this to work, Ubisoft would have to have their own family sharing (which they don't have, as far as I know), and Steam/Ubisoft would have to sync up their respective family sharing.

Just curious: Is it possible that in different languages a notice like that is not translated? I scanned the storepage up and down just to see the notice myself but I can't find it, not even für STRG F. (German Steam; Greetings from germany :) )

My fault, apparently. I just tried the shop page on Edge (which is a browser that I don't use), and the notice isn't there -- so it's probably added by Augmented Steam.
