Fps drop only on Steam games

Hi there,
It must be a good month or more that I have fps problems with Steam games, and only Steam games. From one day to the next on all my games on Steam, whether big games or not I started having fps drops from 100 fps constant to 14 (in this case it was on Apex). More recently, I started playing Outer Wilds, which shouldn't pose much of a problem in terms of configuration, and I did the same thing, going from 80 constant to 10. And I deduced that it wasn't my PC's fault, since I'm at 170 constant fps with no loss on Valorant, which isn't a Steam game.
So, if anyone has a solution I'm all ears, thanks in advance.

Valorant works? u must be one of the lucky guys lmao. try updating ur drivers. reinstall steam.

Yeah Valorant works perfectly lmao. I've already reinstalled Steam and it didn't change anything. I was going to reinstall my drivers and format my PC eventually. I forgot to mention that I have a laptop, so I have two graphics cards, one high-performance (I think it's an rtx 3600) and one for energy-saving mode. And if I'm not too stupid, I've checked that my games run on the higher-performance one, and that's the case.
